Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

What file types do you accept for logo uploads?

We recommend uploading high-resolution files in one of the following formats:

Preferred: Vector files – .AI, .EPS, .PDF

Accepted: High-resolution raster files – .PNG (with transparent background) or .JPEG (300 DPI or higher)

Can I see a proof before production, and will you keep my logo on file?

Yes! We provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins to ensure you're happy with the design, placement, and colors. Once approved, we securely store your logo on file, making future orders quick and hassle-free.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order before it enters production. Once production has started, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return customized items?

Because customized products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in production.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for bulk and corporate orders. If you’re planning a large order, please contact us to get a custom order.
